Planning Commission Meeting

June 3 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • The Planning Commission meets four times a year at 6 pm on the first Wednesday of the scheduled month in the Township Hall Meeting Room, unless posted. Additional meetings may be scheduled throughout the year.
  • The public is welcome to attend any meeting.

AGENDA

Public Hearings:

Le Anne Blight of 11301 24 Mile Road, Albion, Michigan, has requested a Special Land Use in the AG – Agricultural District for a land division on a “Parcel of less than 10 acres” on parcel number 015-151-018-00.

Sydney L. Waffle of 21402 B Drive North, Marshall, Michigan, has requested a Special Land Use in the AG – Agricultural District for three land divisions as “Parcels of Less Than 10 Acres” on parcel number 015-340-009-04.

Amsterdam Cultivation LLC, located at 19157 E. Michigan Ave, Marshall, Michigan, has requested a change to previously approved Special Land Use for a marijuana grower on parcel number 015-202-003-03 to remove/modify the existing SLU Condition 2 requiring on-site security guard. All other approved plans and conditions remain unchanged.
