- Amsterdam Cultivation LLC, located at 19157 E. Michigan Ave, Marshall, Michigan, has requested a change to previously approved Special Land Use for a marijuana grower on parcel number 015-202-003-03 to remove/modify the existing SLU Condition 2 requiring on-site security guard. All other approved plans and conditions remain unchanged.
- Sydney L. Waffle of 21402 B Drive North, Marshall, Michigan, has requested a Special Land Use in the AG – Agricultural District for three land divisions as “Parcels of Less Than 10 Acres” on parcel number 015-340-009-04.
