To hear citizens’ comments regarding a request for Special Land Use: Samuel R. Kilberg, of Dykema Gossett PLLC, Bloomfield Hills, MI, representing Michigan Electric Transmission Company, LLC (“METC”) is seeking a Special Land Use Permit on parcel number 15-030-006-03, at 17612 21 ½ Mile Road, in the AG – Agricultural zoning district for construction of a proposed substation which will allow the nearby White Pine Grove Solar Project in Lee Township to connect to the bulk electric system.

To hear citizens’ comments regarding a request from Daniel J. Stulberg to rezone the following parcel of land in the Township from LI Light Industrial to CM Commercial: parcel number 15-303-018-00, also known as 1006 E. Michigan Avenue.
Information on these requests may be inspected at the Township offices Fridays between the hours of 9 a.m. to Noon and 1-3 p.m. except holidays. MDOT SEEKING INPUT ON STATE LONG-RANGE TRANSPORTATION PLAN
The Michigan Department of Transportation is accepting public comments through Aug. 15 on its draft public participation plan (PPP) for the next state long-range transportation plan. The PPP outlines a roadmap to attract meaningful public engagement on transportation priorities as MDOT updates its 25-year plan for 2050.
