Notice of Public Hearing

The Marengo Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on September 21, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., at the Township Hall, 14021 23 Mile Rd., Albion, MI 49224, to consider an application for variance request to add second story addition above existing kitchen and mudroom, reduce front yard set-back from 60-25 ft on 18 Mile Road, and reduce right side and front yard set-back from 60 to 54 ft on I Dr N. for property at 16512 18 Mile Rd, Marshall MI.
A copy of the application is available for inspection at the office, and also will be available for inspection at the public hearing. Written comments on the application will be received by the Township at the Township Hall prior to the public hearing or at the public hearing.
Marengo will provide auxiliary aids or services to individuals with disabilities. Persons needing such services should contact the office by writing or calling not less than five (5) days before the public hearing.
