NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR SPECIAL USE PERMIT

The Marengo Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on February 7, 2024, 6 p.m., at the Township Hall, 14201 23 Mile Rd., Albion, MI  49224.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application by Alpine Grows LLC, 19380 Brenroy Dr, Marshall,, MI  49068, for a special land use permit for both a medical Processor Facility and a recreational Marihuana Processor Establishment at 19380 Brenroy Dr, Marshall, MI  49068.

A copy of the special use permit application is available for inspection at the Township Hall.  Written comments on the applications will be received at the office of Marengo Township, 14201 23 Mile Rd., Albion, MI  49224, prior to the public hearing or at the public hearing.  Marengo Township will provide auxiliary aids or services to individuals with disabilities.  Persons needing such services should contact the Clerk’s office by writing or calling the Clerk not less than four (4) days before the public hearing.  By order of the Planning Commission
