NOTICE CHANGE

PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING

Public Hearing has been changed to Wednesday, 5/1/2024, 6:00 p.m.

Purpose is to grant a Special Use Permit to construct, operate, and maintain the White Pine Grove Generation-Tie Line (Gen-Tie Line), a proposed Utility Transmission Line with an associated Substation.  Parcels:  15-030-006-02, 15-030-003-02, and 156-030-003-03.

Information may be obtained at the Township Office Fridays 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, or by appointment.

Regular meeting will follow.

NOTICE
BOARD TREASURER

This is an interest notice for those persons willing to fill the Treasurer position by running on the ballot next August 2024.  Those interested must have computer skills, tax and/or finance/accounting background.  This is a paid position, for a rural township.  Required days are at tax collection times, weekly on Fridays, 9-3, and monthly/special meetings.  Individuals interested need to be a Marengo Township resident.  Need to know before April 2024.  Those interest submit letter of qualifications/background to:
